Graduate/UG (from any educational field).
Minimum one year of prior work experience. Should be from premium contact centers.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Preference of any other additional language (esp. any one of the south Indian language).
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
Neutral accent in communication.
Must have a pleasant voice.
Should be proficient in typing (speed and accuracy).
Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous work experience with an e-commerce company/Banking process would be desirable but is not mandatory.
Should be willing to work in 24/7 shift window
Flexible with 6 Days working in a week.
Walk in Date: 17-Feb 2016 to 19-Feb 2016 (Wednesday to Friday)
Timing: 10AM to 1 PM
